Harald Schreib is the creative force behind the culinary delights at Airbräu. With years of experience, a talented team, and a true passion for gastronomy, he brings unique flavors to every plate.
Harald has been part of the Munich Airport/Airbräu since 1998 and knows the place like the back of his hand. But his culinary journey started long before that. Before joining Airbräu, he gained invaluable experience in Switzerland and the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland. In addition to being a master in the kitchen, he is also trained in nutritional psychology and dietetics.
With his wealth of experience, an exceptional team, and an unwavering dedication to the culinary arts, Harald Schreib is always exploring new flavor combinations to surprise and delight Airbräu’s guests.

Nearly everything on our menu comes from local sources: 90% of our products are from Bavaria, with 50% sourced from the immediate surroundings of Munich Airport.
